Includes 6 hours per month of flexible in-home or community support, scheduled in minimum 2-hour visits.

Designed for seniors who benefit from consistent support and a stronger ongoing helping relationship.
Includes 12 hours per month of flexible in-home or community support, scheduled in minimum 2-hour visits.

Designed for seniors and families who want comprehensive, hands-on support and a trusted partner involved in ongoing care and coordination.

Golden Years was founded by Doug Simmons and Alicia Anstee with a shared passion for supporting seniors with kindness, respect, and reliability.
​We believe seniors deserve to feel comfortable, supported, and confident in their own homes - without losing their independence.
Doug Simmons
Owner
Doug brings over 20 years of experience in construction and home-related work, along with a lifelong connection to seniors. His father operated a senior support business, and Doug spent many summers helping out - learning firsthand the importance of responsibility, respect, and personal care.
​Doug has always enjoyed listening to seniors' stories and values the wisdom and life experience they share. He is known for being hardworking , honest, and respectful in everything he does.
Alicia Anstee
Owner
Alicia has worked closely with seniors for over five years, building a strong reputation for being patient, dependable, and genuinely caring. She is well-liked by everyone she works with and is known for her calm, polite nature and strong work ethic.
​Alicia often says that working with seniors has been the most fulfilling and rewarding work she has ever done, as she truly enjoys helping others and building meaningful connections.
Together, Doug and Alicia created Golden Years to provide non-medical, everyday support that helps seniors remain comfortable, independent, and confident in their own homes - with one trusted point of contact for whatever life brings.
